Poor service

<p>i recently took a timeshare and was called by the salesman of vacation club sicelo simelane to ask if i would like to upgrade he would offer me 2 free nights which i then agreed to. After that he comes back to me saying he cannot give me the 2 free nights any longer. I then spoke to the manager justin who was very helpful and resolved that issue by agreeing to honor what the salesman has promised. I was then told by the saleman he would forward me the letter confirming on the 9th nov he then made promises to send by the 11th nov latest which i then contacted him an he said by monday the 14th nov latest. Today the 14th nov i contacted him and the salesman tells me "i must be patient" he will send tomoorow. I think this is really unprofessional and the salesman is not fit to be in a sales position if he makes promises he cant keep and does not give his clients the service they require. I am truely very disappointed and would rather cancel my timeshare on the basis of principal.</p>
