Poor Service

They have a lovely hotel but the customer service at the reception is soo not welcoming and helpful. 5FM hosted an event in Sun City this previous weekend as it is a great center of attraction although the hotel did not deliver. The food warmers in the restaurant were off. We ate cold food or should I say dried food. It was a horrible experience. Please work on that as we get people all over the world coming to visit this beautiful place but no services are provided. I’m highly disappointed
