Poor management and customer services

I bought a holiday at SUN VACATION CLUB. They sold me a midweek off peak. My plan for the payment was +- R900 for 18 months. I was charged R1903 per month. I tried several times to rectify this with no success. I was refused accommodation because they insisted that my account was in arrears. To date they will not pay me back the money I paid.
