Poor Hygiene and customer service

We were just infested with birdlice at the cabanas bar in suncity and were told to move on.. the staff at the bar confirmed that they reported the problem to the GM at cabanas but he did not take any action... were were forced to leave tshirts and clothes behind and have no say in the matter. Our three kids needed to be taken to the pharmacy for lice shampoo...<br> No assistance was offered, in return the manager was and customer relationship manager was rude and abrupt and said that there is nothing that they will do.
