poor facilities

I took my family to suncity to spend the day at the valley of the waves.We were not happy with the experience for a few reasons.We have to plan for this outing and pay hard earned money to enjoy a day there. The toillets were not up to standard at all!Even in the morning they were not clean and then at midday they were so bad we couldn't bear to use them and the sinks were blocked and filled with dirty water. And the taps wrapped up.We walked to use other toillets in the vacinity which were not user friendly either! At the end I waited to use a toillete outside near to the exit to change and use a toillet.As suncity is supposed to be known for high standards it was disappointing.The water we had to swim in was not clean as well as all sorts of things floating in the water. The water had a smell to it.Some of the older tubes need a srub down too as they are looking dirty.The buses also need a clean as the seats are looking more black than anything else.It is a 3 hour drive for us to get there for us and the day cost about R1500.We can only afford to visit once a year and the day was disappointing.There were a few people around at those times that shared these views.
