Poor customer service and poor quality food
We visited the Times Square Hotel on Saturday 10 November. We wanted to eat something prior to the show. I went to the counted and asked for a menu. I was given a menu but was told to order our food on "the other side". We decided what we wanted to eat and I then started looking for "the other side". A server told me it is nonsense and where I got the menu they need to take our order. Somebody came for this counter and was not friendly at all. They took our order. We ordered two toasted sandwiches. The food came and the chips was so spicy nobody could eat it. No indication on the menu that it will be very spicy. Both sandwiches were only toasted on one side with very little filling. We also got our one plate of food 5 minutes before the other. The table next to us wanted two cool drinks and one coffee. After 20 minutes they were brought cool drinks in tins with no glasses or straws. The "restaurant" was 50% full, so do not try and blame that you were very busy. We have another show in 2 weeks. We know to avoid the hotel at all cost.
