Poor Customer service
I have been trying for two full days and 5 emails to speak to someone for a booking. Either their line is not working or they simply ignore you. The call center of customer service is pathetic. When u call they use 5min of your airtime promoting their resorts and can NEVER get you thru to an agent. Most disappointing!!!!

01 Feb 2022, 19:38I do not believe that I still cannot get through. I waited on three occasions for over 10minutes each time and no one answered except the irritating voice message marketing their resorts. This service is disgusting. Sun International is no where near international standards
