Poor Customer Service

On the 14/02 visited the A2A restaurant which open at 5:30pm for supper, there were around 30ppl infront of us, the line only moved few spaces and then a staff member informed us that there were alredy full and we must wait another 2more hrs, only to find out the staff/management were allowing ppl who WERE NOT in the que in before us, Call them Friends/Contact or so called VIPs I call that unfair and poorly managed and I queried abt booking/reservation which I got an email stating they DON'T do? Highly annoyed and poorly managed restaurant, never again will I visit!!!
