Poor Customer experience and Low moral of staff

The service keep on going down and Sun City management does not care about the MVG loyal guests at all you go to Maslow in Pretoria you fill like you are the only customer, and treat us equal no matter your coulor of your skin the service is slow the moral of your staff is very very low if you don't fix this I see you loosing more customers
