Poor attitude of staff destroyed family outing

What should have been a great family outing to finish off the day with a river cruise was completely destroyed by the unfriendly, biased and ****** attitude of some of the staff including the ferry captain. He came up asking for our tickets. The couple alongside us couldn't find theirs and he said it was okay, spoke to them nicely and laid out a table cloth for them. We expected the same treatment since this was what was done below deck as well. Unfortunately we were rudely spoken to, our ticket was demanded to be given or we were told to the boat would not leave, we had to ask for and set our own table with their table cloth so that we could at least place our drinks and snacks on a better surface and then had to fend for ourselfs as the rain came down during the cruise instead of the staff pulling down the "curtains".

It was shameful to be at a hospitality place in such beautiful surroundings and then to have this terrible experience with the people who are getting paid to be nice to you.
