Pool Heating Not Working For A Few Weeks Now
I have stayed at the Palace a few times in the last two months. The heating in the Palace pool has not been working for a few months now. This is a problem, especially considering that it is winter.<br> When I asked various managers about when the problem will be sorted out, I don't get any proper answer.<br> Other guests by the pool have the same complaint about the heating of the pool not working.<br> Why cant this be sorted out?
