Platinum holder with no benefits

I share my experience of being treated like a lousy guest for a top playing guest being a platinum member for over 10 years a regular player at carnival city as I gamble in the 1000s daily when I ever I request for complimenty tickets for a show they always say contact your host for god ****ing sakes I don't have a host when I loose thousands of rands then where the heck is my host then carnival city can check my play daily upto a playing of sometimes R30000 per night and this how I get treated as a loyal member it's pathetic service the Indian manager is a total hopeless it's been over 2 years and I don't receive any show tickets nothing then what is the use of being having such a high status with no benefits at all?????I want this to be escalated to high management at the sun international not carinival city free play with ia so lousy as R150 rand you can keep it!while other people receive upto R500 to R1000 a time I also play enough money why am I not rewarded???
