Platinum Card Holder disgustted

As a MVG platinum card holder I am very upset about the fact that my membership was linked to another members after numerous calls to sun city and then taking myntine to go to Carnival City MVG desk to rectify the issue I get a call to say that my profile was loaded as a error profile. Really sun International. Firstly I'm not able to make bookings o have spent alot of money at your facilities and for such a big organization not to be able to rectify the matter and giving me the run around. My questions how does one get loaded to a error profile? How is it that after all we have spent on this very profile is now a miss and the fault of your member? Since this was a error profile will you then give me back all my money I have used at your facilities?

I need answers as I will not stop and be brushed off because you were all to happy to take our money on this error profile.
