platinum

<p>For this month only I went to grandwest casino and lost about almost R30000. Went on Friday again and they said I'm 3points away from going to next status level which is platinum. Finally I have 1009 points but yet I'm on gold even though the required points is 1000 to go to platinum level. I phoned the customer service number in joburg on Friday and some guy called Sam was going to phone me the next day (saturday) which was yesterday and I'm still waiting for his call. Phone again this morning but they not able to help me I have to wait till it updates....now how long does it really take to update. Very frustrated as I lost all that money to go to platinum level only to see I'm still on gold... I'm hoping to win something with my platinum level as on gold I never won anything therefore the rush.... I mean I earned that status so just do right by me please</p>
