Personal information being handed to third parties

An employee of Sibaya Casino is using her position in the casino to source my privileged player information and hand to 3rd parties. This employee has a personal issue with me and is therefore resorting to accessing my private information from the Sun International system's and hand to third parties. This employee uses the company surveillance equipment for her private use and informs 3rd parties every time I go to the casino putting my life at risk. I have reported this matter to Sibaya management for over 2 year's now and I've been told it's a personal issue. How can Sibaya allow employees to access privileged player information for their own benefit or allow this information to be passed on to third parties? Why would a company allow their employees to jeopardise their business and lose customers.
