Pathetic treatment of guests

We have booked into Sun City for 8 days paying around R3 000 per night for a golf tournament. This morning before start of play we wanted to have some breakfast. With me being pregnant and on a strict schedule for insulin injections we thought it was best to have breakfast at the Lost City Golf Course Club House. Once we got there it took 20 minutes before we had to go and find a waiter. The waiter as uninterested as possible walked to the table with no menus in hand, and just stared at us. After taking our 4 coffee orders off he went again for another 30 minutes. Still we waited for menus which never arrived. As we watched the beginning of our tournament, coffees got cold resulting in us asking the waiter to reheat it. All in all we were there for over an hour trying to get breakfast and coffee. After being delayed by 45 minutes to take my insulin we decided to go down to Gary Player club house to have breakfast. Not one apology was given. Over 40 teams were treated with the same disrespect and rudeness which should be unacceptable. Such disgusting treatment from such an expensive resort!
