Pathetic services at a "5" star restaurant

The grill at the palace of the lost city - worst service received ever!!!

My husband and I was on honeymoon and went to have a "fancy" dinner at this fancy restaurant, only to receive the worst possible service ever!

We were seated after waiting over 10-15 mins (it was not busy), only to be seated in a corner, where we were forgotten about, no waiter's attended to us.

We then saw other guests walking in after us, getting service immediately, how does a restaurant if this nature treat their customers? Is it only guests who dress well get proper service?

After waiting almost 15-30mins with no service, I called a waitress, who was attending other tables to assist, still no service provided.

By this time my husband and I were furious and left the restaurant, neither the staff or manager approaches us to ask what the issue was or why we were leaving...

Will never attend this place again, nor suggest it to anyone!
