Pathetic Service - No Answer - Waiting > 9 minutes

I called Sun City Vacation Club - Most useless call centre ever - they sent you a message for a special but when you call the number no one answers - you get placed on stupid ad propaganda that just goes on and on - I called from my cell and cut the call after 9 minutes of hanging on - how deplorable are you that you can't answer a call in within a few minutes - if you have staff issue then employ more staff and invest in your customer service rather than just taking from the public - show that you'll have common sense and are there to service customer. Literally no one answers the call - if is that that the special will only apply to your internal members and friends that you'll do not take calls from the public.<br> <br> Really pathetic and disgusting service - even left message on your call me back service but no one has bothered to call - don't offer features/facilities if you cannot fulfill your promises.<br> <br> Or is it that it's just a marketing gimmick so you'll can show that you'll receive many calls - do that stats and see the turnaround time on answering the calls and the number of calls you'll didn't answer due to your disgusting service.<br> <br> You'll should be ashamed of yourselves!!!<br>
