Pathetic service from sun international reservations

I tried to cancel booking which was made last week thursday and they do not want to refund my money i sent an email and no response.pathetic service and i tried to call 3 times held on for 10mimutes then on my last attempt i got ahold of the service agent she does not want to refund my money stating it says on her system last date to refund is the 28th july that canmot be possible if i only paid on the 29th and booking made the 28th???the letter states cancellation is until the 7th of august?? I want my money refunded immediately this is absolutely ridiculous!!!
