Pathetic service

Absolutely pathetic service. I have had to wait over 45m for a shuttle from the cabanas to the entertainment center and this is on a Friday morning at 9:15. I would shudder to think how long it would take on a Saturday. I'm at a point where I'd like to check out halfway through my stay. Management was called who informed that this would not happen again as the bus was being cleaned. However, this has now happened again , 30 minutes and waiting. it's 19.20pm I will not be staying again here in future in this pathetic place. I will be surprised if there is any sort of response from customer service
