Pathetic Service and don't care attitudes

My cousin and I stayed at the Wild Coast Sun on 6 March 2021 and checked out on the 8th. The service is really pathetic. The check in attendee refused to check me in 3 times, claiming there were no rooms available. When she was busy I went to the attendee next to her and she kindly checked me in with no problems. We got to our room and there was no tv remote. Trying to get through to switchboard room service is impossible. The lady said she would report it but didn't send a remote up to our room. We had to phone multiple times. In the evening we realized there were no bath towels. Again, the lady answering the switchboard calls sighed like we asked her to come to work today. She just cut the call. I phoned back and asked if she will be sending the towels, to which she rudely rep**** "yes i am sending him". That night we went down to Panarottis and ordered a pasta. The waitress got the order wrong so we asked her to send the pasta to the room. She charged us a service fee but when we got the food, there were no cutlery. Thereafter, we couldn't get through to Panarottis or the Hotel switchboard so we had to walk back down to the restaurant. Please can Wild Coast Sun ask their employees if they need their jobs because I'm sure there are plenty of other willing people who would gladly want their jobs and give off their best. I will never stay there again due to the terrible attitude I received.
