Pathetic service

I had the worst experience ever from Sun International, I made a reservation for a golf weekend at Sun City, once the reservation was made all I wanted was confirmation that the golf courses are available prior to making a very large payment, Central Reservations said they could not help me I need to contact Olga directly, Olga in turn took a week to respond, telling me contact central reservations, I then sent a mail saying I am considering cancelling my reservation could someone please contact me to sort out my issue, only to get a cancellation mail. I could not believe the incompetence esp from such a company and esp considering the events during COVID
