Pathetic service

I booked for 2 nights based on a quotation sent from email ********** I made payment and emailed pop.Days later nit having received a response, I phoned several times and the phones kept ringing. I eventually reached an individual and asked if my pop was received. I was informed that I should send the pop to another email address which I had done. It is 2 days later and still no response. I phoned Wild coast several times today and all extensions just ring. Does anyone work there? The service is pathethic.
