Pathetic management - Sun international Tatso Restaurant Menlyn Maine

<p>Last week Wednesday I made a reservation at the Tatso buffet restaurant for a grad party for ten people, the lady Conny made my reservation and I paid the deposit. On Monday evening (last night) they call me to tell me that the Tatso restaurant does not open on Tuesdays. I mean did they not know this when they booked my reservation and took my money?<br />Its 12pm now and I'm being given the run around about getting my deposit back. They say I might get it back tomorrow!!!!??? I need to find another restaurant for my guests today! For tonight! How will I reserve my table at the other restaurant without a deposit??????<br />im beyond annoyed at the management of Tatso, they had the whole of last week and the weekend to tell me that they won't be opening today and refund me my damn deposit!</p> <p>Unprofessional service. Close down your restaurant, I am never using Sun International for anything! Pathetic</p>
