Pathetic customer service- Wildcoast Sun Hotel

Being booked in from the 16th of June till the 20th June 2018 at the wildcoast sun hotel On my first morning I had experience a lot of itching Call in house keeping was supposed to send someone Never did .... so I repeatedly called everyday since and asked someone to check the bed 3rd day in they send someone with a can of doom to spray the carpets From day 1 my body has itched with bite marks everywhere now has spreading to face Went up to reception all they could do was change my room for the night till I check out tomorrow And take my details down

This has been my worst holiday ever It’s so sad that my suffering for this week had been taken so lightly from a 5 star hotel After me getting undressed to even show manager bites all over my body and face
