Pathetic Customer service

I have been trying for over a week to get a hold of someone at Sun City. I have tried all the numbers. I have inboxed them on Facebook. I sent an email to the complaints department. No one bothers to get back to you. They sell you the membership but have no regard for customer service. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!
