Pathetic call in Service

You know what , you pay a lot of money to book Sun city and then when you try and get in contact with ANYONE from central reservations or other absolutely NO ONE picks up the phone, waiting 20 min on the phone and had to stop the call as there is just no person on the other side, how pathetic is this? so called luxury accommodations but the basic call in service is beyond pathetic....
