Pathetic After Sales Service from Vacation Club Sun City

The service received from Samu and Kaitlyn in your Sun City Vacation Club sales is pathetic. We bought timeshare in the beginning of the year. From 31 May we have been following up on the welcome mail. After numerous mails Kaitlyn finally rep**** and said they misspelled my email address and that an external company sends out the mails but it was corrected and I would receive my documents. That was well over a month ago. To date I haven't received it. We keep following up but zero cares are given. Quick to harass us for sales but no service delivery from a supposed "senior" employee. Please resolve this. We've been more than patient.
