Palace of the Lost City - please repair our vehicle!!!

In March 2022, our vehicle was knocked by one of the porters at the Palace of the Lost City. The Guest Relations Manager, Francois du Toit, promised profusely to get everything sorted out, however, almost a year later, we are still waiting. Acceptable customer service is truly something of the past. Apathy, indifference and lack of concern is the order of the day. Shameful indeed.
