Paid R2247 for a room that is valued at R510.

Booked in at Golden Valley for my anniversary. Booked the Standard King Room Pool Facing room. When I checked in I was put in a standard room facing the parking lot. There was no prior mention to me that they would downgrade my stay with them.

Spoke to the "manager" her name something to the affect of Zazu. She actually had the audacity to tell me I am not being truthful on what I booked. Even though I have email confirmation of the booking made. She refused to cancel my booking so I can rebook the cheaper room saying that she will need to charge me a cancellation fee, even though they did not provide me with the accommodation i paid for.

I will never recommend this place to anyone, and I will never stay there again.
