Outstanding Service Segway Sun City
<p>Ernest, you can teach Sun International staff a thing or two. What outstanding service, from the first time I called to make a booking for the 2hour off-road Segway tour. You kindly told me the roads weren't too good, so the off-road tour wasn't operating for a few days. I booked telephonically a few days later when you confirmed the tour was operating again, and changed the time from 12noon to 9am - it was no problem or inconvenience to you, you did it with such a smile in your voice. We had trouble getting The Shuttle service from Pilanesberg Airport to Sun City... you took this in your stride. What an awesome time we had with Anthony, our guide. He was very knowledgeable of the area, and quite humerous too. What a breath of fresh air to deal with you two Segway chaps, in comparison to the sour, unhelpful people from Sun City transport and at the Sun City Welcome Centre. You deserve far more than the 5 stars Hellopeter allows... I'd give you double or more. You turned a VERY frustrating Sun City Experience into a smile for the time we were with you. Thank you. Keep your cheerful, helpful and friendly attitude... We will definitely be back to ride Segways again.</p>
