Nothing short of pathetic

I booked into suncitys vacation club from the 10th to the 14th Jan, it was a horrible experience all round. We had lunch at Calistos which was nothing short of pathetic. There was fly in the cheese sauce and we spent more time chasing away flies and losing our appetite for a bill that def wasn't worth it. The toilet in the room we stayed got blocked and leaked daily. The light outside never worked from check in to check out. We waited for long periods of time for a bus this is not ideal with 2 small kids and 2 elderly people.
