Not the same Sun City i love

Hi it's with a heavy heart as I write this review, I stayed at sun City on the 22nd of August as it was my birthday, I booked at the SoHo Hotel, only got to Sun City at 6 p.m., I ordered food from room service which was a chicken salad unfortunately the chicken was raw and uncooked I was then told that the chef was under a lot of pressure as there are quite busy which I understood, they then gave me a burger option instead and the burger itself in the centre was also uncooked, being now 10:00 pm everything else is closed, and it just got worse as the room that they had given me 102 the toilet did not flush, we reported it to maintenance who unfortunately at the time did not have someone to repair it, they then proceeded to give us a key for another room at 1 a.m 107 to make use off the toilet in that room if we needed to, my mum unfortunately who is a pensioner and suffers with rheumatoid arthritis woke up early in the morning to have a hot bath enjoy the day and then check out, unfortunately their water was cold, I've been trying to get a hold of the manager eventually got hold of her only at checkout time which is 11am she then notified me that there's nothing that you can do as they are fully booked as I wanted to stay another night as because i had such a bad experience I wanted to give it another go as it was my birthday. I was told by the manager there was nothing she can do. she kindly gave me a bottle of sun international red wine. And i left, i hope this review will assist in better customer service delivery. As I love South Africa and love our countries resorts.
