Not stopping their unsolicited mails

<p>We bought a house from a previous owner who was and Casino member and received promotional mails via the post. I wish to unsubscribe from these mails and have been trying for about 5month now, but can’t find anyone at Sun International that is willing to help. I have called in twice and was reassured it would be resolved, but still getting mails. Most recently I have emailed their Sunshare desk 23 Feb, which is completely unresponsive and not getting back to me, and yesterday I received another mail again :-(</p>
