not so great as promised

on 21/12/2015 we were 2 families that went to the resort. ordered food at steers waited an hour for food only to be told that they were out of eggs. No ATMs in the resort is a problem as we had little cash with us and had to buy refreshments inside as we were not allowed to take refreshments in. We hired 2 unbrellars and by the time we got to the unbrellas they were all out. The one ride was not working and upon entering we were told that the resort would be open an extra hour but we were also reminded that the resort is closing at 4. You advertise that there are many resturants on your website but there were only 3, debonaires, steers and wimpy. Its peek holiday season and ques are long so you would expect restarants to be organised and fully staffed! This was not a happy experience for us as we waisted a lot of time in long ques for refreshements we then had to sit in the hot sun due to not enough unbrellas available. Don't think we will be going back any time soon
