I phoned in the morning today to make a reservation at The Cabana Sun City by only to be treated by a reservatist with bad attitude. I spoke to Refilwe who is the manager at The Cabanas and said she will sort this out. I got a call back only at 12 not from Refilwe but Godfrey. who said to call him back but we I call back he does not answer the phone. I have been trying from 13h41 - 16h50 to call but yet no answer. He left another voice message earlier stating to call him back and If not a guy named Fortune will call me. Anyway spoke to another guy at 16h50 who also tried to get a hold of him but I was told to phone back tomorrow as their office hours from 8 - 5 but no one is there at 16h50???? this is really not service that I expect from Sun City yet alone Sun international and \5 Star"to say the least."""
