Non existent MVG Benefits

Most disappointed with the overall benefits from the MVG program. We are constantly sent emails, newsletters, sms's regarding the perks to this program however none of it is ever rewarded to a guest. I've been to sun city 4 times in the last 14 months and on every occasion never got any discount at participating restaurants and bars. I emailed them before the last visit and said ensure that all staff are aware of discounts and still to no avail. Absolutely disappointing especially as a Platinum cardholder. I have no such issues with Tsogosun.
