Non existent call center
Their call center is non existent, just try calling their numbers. I gave up waiting for someone to take my call. It's time to use a diffierent hotel chain. Any other hotel chain at it's worst will not be as bad as Sun International. Its a pity I cannot rate a negatibe one star!
