Non customer friendly policy

Cannot believe that a big company as such that heavily promotes their loyalty program has such an uncustomer friendly policy as to not allow guests to book a 1 night stay. First this sounds absurd for a big company but secondly do you not value your MVG members that are on a high status. Totally disappointing
