No star Experience at a 5 Star Hotel

We had a conference this weekend at the Boardwalk hotel with the following problems.<br> On Saturday night with the Gala black tie dinner there were two tables with champagne and juice to be had before we could enter the venue. When we got there, there were no more glasses for the people. We were told to go to the other table just to find out that there were no glasses. <br> Then when one of the guests asked a waiter for glasses she told us that she is only allowed to take the glasses and not to bring glasses out. After a while a waiter brought 10 glasses in his hands. Again not enough for the people. No manager in sight.<br> <br> At our tables we were given our own waiter between 10 people. This person took glasses when we were not finished. Do not bring new ones.We finished the water on the table. Did not bring more water. I had to tell her not to take any glasses from the table. We ordered wine. We waited more than half an hour and I stood up and fetch some wine at the back of the room. Then after a while she brought the wine.<br> A total disaster. When you look for her she is gone.<br> The food was poor. I had broccoli that was so hard you could not cut it. The baby marrow was like apple.
