No Service

We have been booking into Golden Valley with our kids for years now and the service has always been great from the time you walk in with warm an welcoming receptionists. Today my experience took a 360 degree turn. I called at 13h55 to confirm if our room was ready and got complete attitude by Liesle, sayingcheck in time is 15h00(despite all books in your rooms say from 14h00). Never the less we arrived after 15h00 and was warmly welcomed by Johannes. We went to reception, Liesel was on duty, barely greeted us, had no smile and didnt even tell us what room number we are. This we saw on the card. To be honest, we didn't even get the usual 'enjoy your stay'. I am very dissappointed and felt very unwelcome. What's happening to thr service?!
