No Service

Good Morning<br> <br> On the 3rd of March I sent an email to Sun City to request a quote to stay at either the Cabanas or Cascades. Due to the line of work I am in, we are privileged to receive special rates at Sun City. Thank you for that! But, I have never received a quote and after phoning the call centre and retrieving a call centre supervisor's email address to resolve the issue, I still have not received a quote I have requested.<br> <br> The dates I request was 7-9 / 15- 17 March, as I had leave available for these dates. <br> I now missed this opportunity to visit Sun City for at least 3 days because I have not received the quote I requested and we as a family feel very disappointed with this. <br> I have never been to Sun City and would have loved to visit.<br> <br> I'm really disappointed! <br>
