No Returns At Grand West Casino Slot Machines

I am utterly and completely disappointed and disgusted with Grand West Casino Slot payouts. I became a platinum MVG card holder in 2months of joining and i spend an average of about R15 000 or more per month on gambling but i see no return at all. I keep going back there with a big hope in my heart that Grand West will start repaying me somehow but with no luck. Instead, i am being sent ridiculous free accomodation vouchers for everywhere across the world except Cape Town. I dont think i am about to spend money travelling just to see my **** at another one of your casinos and so far from home. I also suggest you take your free play because i cant and dont make use of it because its based strictly on when you want me to.
