No response to my complaint about bad service

Wow this is what you call the most terrible customer service ever. I have lodged numerous complaints about the Soho Hotel at Sun City however no one has bothered to respond to my complaints. This happened in April 2018 and I lodged the first complaint on 23 April 2018. It has been one month and no response. The Soho Hotel should be shut down. It is dirty and has bed bugs. The rooms don't get cleaned every day and the food is terrible. I do hope that overseas and local tourists take note of this before even thinking about going there. Shabby hotel and shabby service it all makes sense.
