No response despite emailing and calling

I left my toddler's (very expensive) mattress protector and fitted sheet behind after a midweek at the end of July this year. I took it along with me to protect the Vacation Club bed. With the mad rush at check out and having the 3 kids and 2 grannies to take care of, I mistakenly forgot to check that I had packed it. I have been contacting them since that following week (the first week in August) and have only had one response, which was my initial response from Sun International. They forwarded the message to Sun City. I have heard absolutely nothing back despite numerous emails and phone messages. Not even when I mailed them to let them know I would be posting a poor review. This is not even about the sheets anymore, but a matter of principle. I hope they get notified of this message and contact me ASAP. At this point, I feel as if the items have been ****** from me and this is why everyone is being quiet, but I hope this is not the case.
