NO RESPONSE, CUSTOMER DONT MATTER

I HAVE ASKED FOR HELP TWO WEEKS AGO AND STILL NO RESPONSE, SEE BELOW COMPLIANT

Good day. i have received a comp stay. i called your call centre yesterday and was told that the room have not been released. must call back during the week. i called today and they tell me that all rooms are booked, there is no availability and she can only tell me what the computer shows her. however on you website there still shows rooms available. we get these letters and think that we are being appreciated but then you can book what you want even thou you trying early, i am booking for 26 January 2018 and they cant help me. stop bluffing us with these emails and wasting
