No Refund received!

I had requested a refund on the 31st March 2020, way in advance of my original booking. The last date to cancel the reservation was 30th April 2020. My booking was cancelled as requested and the refund request form was submitted on the 31st March 2020. Granted we faced the current pandemic and lockdown, however 3 months down the line I still haven’t received my refund nor any communication from Sun International Sun City Vacation Club. Very disappointed thinking that this is a world renowned company.
