No Hot Water Sun City Cabanas!
After spending most of the day in the nature reserve, we arrived back at the Hotel room to freshen up only to find that there was no hot water. After informing reception, they advised that there was some repairs done to the pipes and I needed to let the hot water run for at least 20min. (Needless to say this did not work!) Reception advised that they would get back to me, never did! We have two small children of 2 and 4 (We were there for the ones birthday and thanks to this I spent a lot of money for substandard accommodation.)
Don’t think we will be returning to any sun international resort or hotel, will see what the competitors offer.
Now we shall see if my voice counts!!
