No Food, Poor service and dangerous bed

I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed with everything we experienced at Sun City resorts especially lack of food. Staff are rude, sullen and blatanly ignore guests. Even at reception checking in, they are too busy talking to each other and will not help. We booked one of the family suites at the Cabanas, which comes with 2 single beds and one sleeper couch. The sleeper couch has a large metal bar on the top which makes it impossible to sleep on and dangerous. My youngest son (2yrs old) actually knocked his head whilst sleeping when his head rolled off the pillow and now has a large bruise on his head. There is only a shower, no bath and not ideal for 2 small children. They are also undergoing renovations, which means aside from the dust, ********** noise, there are also no facilities open at the resort, which NO ONE told us about at the time of booking. If you are luckily enough to find a staff memebr, they are so rude and pointedly ignore you if you try ask for assistance. There is also NO where to get food especially dinner for small children as the few remaining restaurants that are in the other hotels (not Cabanas which has nothing) only open after 6:30pm.
