No feedback given

On 20 April I raised the following complaint directly with them :<br> We were a party of 4 people arriving there on Thursday afternoon after a long trip from Cape Town - we were staying at the Hotel next door and decided to have a late lunch there - We arrived at the restaurant at about 15h00 and were seated . we all decided to order a starter first - three of the four ordered chicken wings two with Honey Garlic and myself the wings with The Jack Daniels basting - I asked for my wings to be hot ( peri Peri ).<br> <br> <br> The food arrived and all three of us had cold wings ( 5 pieces on the plate ) Mine was also not hot as requested - when I raised this with the waitress she just shrugged her shoulders and walked away - we never saw anyone from management and decided to cut our lunch short and did not order anything else.<br> <br> <br> Not a good experience at all<br> <br> On the same day I received an email requesting my cell number in order for them to give me feedback - more than two weeks later - NO feedback
